Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability.
We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
First-Time Order Policy
For security purposes, Marappo AB reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure the billing and shipping information you provide when placing an order.
Nerdy By Nerds insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.
Nerdy By Nerds offers free standard delivery on orders above 1499 SEK in Sweden. Please note that free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
Returns & Exchange
Returns & Replacements
Please note that we have a 14 days return policy. In order to create a pleasant shopping experience, Nerdy By Nerds has an easy return procedure. When using our free return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.
Returning your purchase
1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
2. Fill out the returns form and include it inside the box.
3. Close the box and tape it securely.
4. Place the return shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information.
5. Return at your nearest delivery point.
Purchased items are exchangeable into a different size and color. All exchanges are based on stock availability and are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in an alternative style, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at nerdybynerds.com.
Sale items are non-exchangeable but can be returned for a full refund.
Receiving a refund
Your refund will either be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card or as store credit to your Nerdy By Nerds online account. If the complete order is returned a refund will include Nerdy By Nerds shipping costs.
Orders placed with klarna are non-exchaneable. If the complete order is returned your klarna invoice will be cancelled. However, if you have made a partial return, a new updated invoice will be sent to you by email. If you wish to exchange for a new item and/or size simply place a new order with your preferred payment method. This order is paid for separately and will be handled as a new order.
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition accompanied by the return form.
Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
Shoes should be returned in their original, undamaged shoes box as this is considered part of the product.
We prefer that items are returned through Nerdy By Nerds return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods by any secure transport.
